Autopartscube is an automotive-parts trading and sourcing company in Guangzhou, China. We work with independent manufacturing partners across different product categories instead of presenting every product as coming from one Autopartscube-owned factory.

What We Coordinate

Product and Supplier Matching

We organize the buyer’s OE references, photos, drawings, dimensions, materials, quantity and target market, then approach suppliers relevant to that particular product.

Specification Confirmation

Before an order is confirmed, we identify the details that affect fitment, price, packaging, lead time and risk. A catalog match is treated as a sourcing reference until the required specifications are confirmed.

Samples and Inspection

Where appropriate, we coordinate current samples, product photos, measurement checks, supplier documents, pre-shipment inspection or third-party inspection. The scope is agreed for each order rather than described as a universal test or certification.

Export and Delivery Coordination

We coordinate commercial terms, packing requirements, freight-forwarder handover and shipping documents against the agreed order. Buyers may nominate their own forwarder or ask us to obtain shipping options.

After-Sales Follow-Up

If an issue occurs, we collect order records, batch information, photos, videos and measurements, then coordinate the investigation and proposed resolution with the responsible supplier.
