Catalog pages, articles, images, dimensions, cross-references and application notes are provided for sourcing and discussion. Quotations and Orders

A quotation is valid only for the product, specification, quantity, packaging, destination, currency, Incoterms®, payment terms, lead time and validity stated in that quotation. An order is accepted only through written confirmation and any required payment or agreed documentation. Website form submission alone does not create an order.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate application information and for identifying destination-market requirements. Product compliance, labeling, intellectual-property authorization, import restrictions, installation, safe use and resale obligations must be confirmed for the intended market and use.

Trademarks and Cross-References

Vehicle names, OE numbers and third-party trademarks may be used only to identify compatibility or a sourcing reference. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or authorization by the trademark owner. Buyers requesting private labeling must have authority to use the supplied marks and artwork.
