Terms Are Confirmed Per Order

Warranty period, acceptance criteria, return rights and remedies depend on the product, supplier and signed commercial terms. A universal warranty or automatic refund is not assumed unless it is written into the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or agreement.

Carton, batch or label information
Clear photos and video of the goods and packaging
Measurements or test results relevant to the agreed specification
Description of installation, use and when the issue appeared
Requested temporary action and preferred resolution

Review Process

We acknowledge the claim and identify any immediate containment needed.
Evidence is checked against the approved sample, drawing, specification and shipping record.
We coordinate the investigation with the responsible supplier, inspector or logistics provider.
Findings and available remedies are discussed under the agreed order terms.
Any corrective action, replacement, credit or other resolution is recorded in writing.

Do not install or dispose of disputed goods unless safety requires it or written instructions have been agreed, as this can remove evidence needed for the investigation.

Autopartscube coordinates custom-product and private-label requests with independent manufacturing partners. Feasibility depends on the product, drawing or sample, performance requirements, quantity, tooling, target market and supplier capability.

Typical Project Flow

Requirement review — we identify missing technical and commercial information.
Supplier matching — relevant factories are approached for feasibility and quotation.
Commercial comparison — specifications, MOQ, tooling, sample cost, lead time, packaging and trade terms are aligned.
Sample or drawing approval — the agreed reference is recorded before an order proceeds.
Order coordination — milestones and any agreed inspection are followed with the supplier.
Packing and shipment — goods are prepared and handed over under the confirmed shipping terms.

We do not describe an unverified supplier document, catalog match or prototype as final production approval. Critical fitment, performance and regulatory requirements must be confirmed for the actual project.

Shipping Is Quoted for the Actual Order

Autopartscube can coordinate express, air, LCL or FCL shipping, or hand the shipment to the buyer’s nominated freight forwarder. The suitable method depends on the product, packed dimensions and weight, destination, timing, dangerous-goods status and Incoterms® 2020 rule.

Before We Quote Freight

We normally confirm:

Number of cartons, pallets or crates
Estimated gross weight and dimensions
Pickup location and destination
Preferred transport method
Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place or port
Insurance, labeling or document requirements
Target shipping date

Timing

Production or order-preparation time and transport time are quoted separately. Freight schedules, customs clearance and final delivery are controlled by several parties, so any transit time is an estimate until the carrier booking is confirmed.
