Typical Project Flow
- Requirement review — we identify missing technical and commercial information.
- Supplier matching — relevant factories are approached for feasibility and quotation.
- Commercial comparison — specifications, MOQ, tooling, sample cost, lead time, packaging and trade terms are aligned.
- Sample or drawing approval — the agreed reference is recorded before an order proceeds.
- Order coordination — milestones and any agreed inspection are followed with the supplier.
- Packing and shipment — goods are prepared and handed over under the confirmed shipping terms.
